Are you experiencing symptoms of hormone imbalance? Hormone imbalance and hormone imbalance symtoms are caused by the primary hormones becoming out of balance. And you should know this hormone imbalance comes from changes in the reproductive cycle in women and fluctuations in hormone levels.

In the normal menstrual cycle, only estrogen is produced for the first 10-12 days. Ovulation then tells the female body to produce progesterone, and the hormones are in balance. No hormone imbalance symptoms.

Progesterone sustains the endometrium, so it can receive a fertilized egg if pregnancy occurs. If there's no pregnancy, then the body stops producing both hormones, and menstruation occurs.

BUT - let's say you have NO ovulation one month (a typical premenopause event). Then the estrogen already produced for that month is NEVER balanced by progesterone, which can only be produced with ovulation.

Many women in their 30's and 40's are actually in premenopause and therefore produce estrogen, but LESS progesterone. THIS is hormone imbalance and is causing hormone imbalance symptoms, symptoms female hormone imbalance and fluctuations in hormone levels.

Estrogen is still produced in the monthly cycle (you'll have a monthly period), but a missed ovulation means no progesterone is made! And unbalanced estrogen is...TOXIC! Look at the next paragraph below which shows the symptoms of too much of estrogen by itself.

"Too much estrogen" has a name in some parts of medicine - "estrogen dominance". And since we're using it, let's call this a hormone imbalance condition and symptoms female hormone imbalance.

Estrogen dominance causes the following list of complaints:

Hair loss, fibrocystic breasts, uterine fibroids, acceleration of the aging process, breast cancer, polycystic ovaries, mood swings, osteoporosis, uterine cancer, memory loss, endometrial cancer, bone loss, PMS, low sex drive, allergy symptoms, thyroid dysfunction, water retention, bloating and unexplained weight gain.


ESTROGEN and PROGESTERONE need each other! And you need BOTH hormones!
Look at the list below for SOME of the functions played by each hormone in the body. Notice how one hormone balances the other.

Hormone imbalance is the underlying cause of so many of the premenopause and menopause problems experienced by women today!

Goodbye Roding...

Today I woke up late after 0ne-night non-stop thinking which really causes me headache.Lying in my cosy bed,gazing at the ceiling, i think again...

As I throw my sight outside my bedroom window looking aimlessly then suddenly my eye ball stops...bald trees !!(since it´s winter season).Why do i feel so gloomy and feckless..i feel like i´m one of them...

i´m kinda already missed this place as i´m gonna move out in two weeks...This place is really peaceful ..With the breeze caressing my cheek and birds chirping right in front of my room...all that stuff really moved me...and of course it´s the right place to stay as it´s a good place to bersihkn otak...

Luckily, I got a visit from Yan n Riced yesterday,which really cheers me up.Thx guys!!I wish they could stay longer...Oooo makk...rase nk g becuti...

Actually...I don´t feel like blogging right now...coz my mood is not really there...Hopefully the next summer gonna b a beautiful season for me(although it doesn´t seem promising)
